I am here to help you find your balance with in.  When we stop and listen to how our bodies react to the food we eat and the exercises we do, we can feel and see how they are hurting or helping us. My goal is to help you learn what your body is experiencing through balance, strength, core training as well as nutrition, so you can lead a more functional and healthy life.
